Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy covers BookingPam Post, the social media scheduling service at post.bookingpam.com ("the Service"), operated by BookingPam. It adds to the BookingPam Privacy Policy, which also applies. Where the two differ for the Service, this page controls.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address. If you use BookingPam as a vendor, we link your Service account to your BookingPam account.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect a social account (for example a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, LinkedIn profile, Google Business Profile, YouTube channel, Pinterest account, TikTok account, Bluesky, Mastodon or Discord), we receive and store the access tokens the platform issues, the account or page ID, its display name and profile picture, and the lists you choose from (such as Pages or boards).
- Content you create: post text, images, videos, schedules, drafts and the results of publishing (post IDs, links and error messages).
- Performance data: on paid plans, engagement metrics the platforms report for posts published through the Service (such as reach, likes, comments and clicks).
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to provide the Service you ask for: to publish and schedule your posts to the accounts you connect, show you their status and performance, keep your account secure, bill paid plans, and contact you about your account. With your consent we may also send product news and offers from BookingPam, and you can unsubscribe from these at any time.
We access a social platform only on your instruction. We never post anything you have not written, scheduled or approved, except automatic posts you have switched on yourself.
3. Google user data
BookingPam Post's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile and YouTube data only to publish your posts and videos and to show you their performance. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where the law requires.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the social platforms you connect (to publish your content), with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email) under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires.
5. Security
Social account access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). The Service is served only over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to authorised BookingPam staff.
6. Retention
- On the Free plan, published post history is deleted from BookingPam 24 hours after publishing. On paid plans it is kept for the period shown on your plan (by default 12 months). Your posts stay on the social networks; deleting them there is up to you.
- Drafts and scheduled posts are kept until you delete them or close your account.
- When you disconnect a social account, we revoke its access token where the platform allows it and delete the stored token immediately.
- When you close your account, we delete your Service data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Accounts page, and you can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. See Data Deletion or email info@bookingpam.com.
