Terms of Service

These terms cover BookingPam Post, the social media scheduling service at post.bookingpam.com ("the Service"). They add to the BookingPam Terms of Service, which also apply. Where the two differ for the Service, these terms control.
1. The Service
The Service lets you connect social media accounts you own or manage, and write, schedule and publish posts to them. BookingPam Post is a separate product from your BookingPam booking subscription. Each has its own plan and billing, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
2. Your accounts and content
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for everything you publish through the Service, and it must follow the law and each platform's own terms and community rules.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give BookingPam permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to publish it where you direct and to run the Service.
- Do not use the Service for spam, misleading content, content you do not have rights to, or anything that breaks a platform's rules.
3. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on each platform's API and policies, which can change, limit or end access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform's own actions, such as removing a post, restricting an account or changing an API. If a post fails, we will tell you and let you retry.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no charge, within the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Paid trials require a card and convert to a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we keep paid features for a short grace period and then move your account to the Free plan. We never delete your drafts or scheduled posts without telling you. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that every post will publish at the exact scheduled time or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
6. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform's rules.
